Extra Revision-All orders come with 2 free major revision rounds! Any revision requests past this would require an additional fee based on the commission.

Important Note!

  • $25 minimum on all projects

  • Word counts are rounded to the nearest 10

  • SFX counts are rounded to the nearest 0.5 minute

  • A 6% local sales tax will be applied to all invoices

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU (THE COMMISSIONER) AGREE:

  • You (the commissioner) are over the age of 18, and the characters featured in the commission are over 18.

  • My voice will not be used or repurposed for content outside of the original use.

  • The work my voice is featured in either belongs to the commissioner or has been granted permission by the owner.

  • Violation of any of these points will result in termination of our contract with no refund, and my voice pulled from the media it was being used in/for.

CREDITING

  • You must credit me as “shennychwan” and link to my Twitter if possible, unless I tell you otherwise — see point below — or the privacy fee must be paid.

  • In rare cases or for various reasons, I might ask you NOT to credit me. I expect that you honour that request.

RETAKES, REVISIONS, AND RATES

  • Any retakes needed for an error on my end are completely free of charge.

  • The first 2 rounds of major revisions are free! If you would like any changes after the first delivery, please provide as much description as possible for smooth subsequent deliveries.

  • In the case of script changes/edits, or anything else that was not specified by you (such as lines including mispronunciations of names or fantastical, made-up words), retakes will be charged normal commission rates.

  • I retain the right to change existing rates at any point. I will not do this in the middle of a project, though any additional unforeseen or unplanned voice work are subject to additional costs.
